May 10: We introduced a completely new section on our website called 'Previous Cars'. With information and photos off our previously owned cars. For a look at our 'past', go here!
April 14: It´s been a while since we updated. Our cars are ready for the new season again and we are working on new VWeetjes, the tips & tricks section of our website. Just come back soon to stay tuned!
September 7: During the summer holidays in Sweden, we were not too far from the famous "Töcksfors Car Cemetry". So we went there of course. An amazing sight, lots of classics dumped like waste in the woods. Not an uncommon thing in Sweden though as we noticed during the trips we made. A lot of beetles were ovals and quite some split busses were pickups! Find the photos we took via the link on our meetings page.
August 20: Last weekend was of course spend at the 50 years Karmann Ghia Type 34 anniversary event in Georgsmarienhütte. Our Karmann was there all weekend. It was very rainy from time to time, but incredibly nice to see all these Ghia's! Not too many Dutch Ghia's present though?! See the photos we took here.
July 7: Our Budel pictures are finally online. We went on Saturday this year. See the photos we took here.
September 26: Did some minor work on my Oval yesterday: checked the heating, fitted a fuel filter and cleaned the carburator as it was not running that smooth lately. Took a few photos as well.

August 3: We were at Le Bug Show at Spa Francorchamps this weekend. This remains to be our favourite event!! We had a good time and of course shot some nice photos Click here for the BugShow photo gallery.

Click here for the meetings page.June 29: We spend our weekend in Hessisch Oldendorf. What an amazing meeting! We had a great time, especially because both our girls came along too (for the first time since long). See what we saw and have a look at our photos here!
June 22: Went to Budel on Sunday. Quite a different weather compared to last year's edition! See the photos we took here.
June 1: If I had only known before how easy it is to set up Coppermine photo galleries on our website! Damn what a lot of hassle would have been spared... See all our galleries here.
May 17: We went to the 25th Anniversary of the Dutch Beetle Club (KCN) at De Gouden Ham in Appeltern yesterday. Nice location, but the event was not that sparkling. We shot some nice photos though!

March 29: At the last Aircooled Chill Out, many visitors didn't recognise my car because of my new Sprintstars!! Thanks Niels for the cool picture!
March 1: Fitted the new wheels to our Oval Window Beetle. I really like the looks: colour wise, but also the stance!
February 21: Had new tyres fitted to my 2009 season wheels. Next weekend I will put them under the Oval.
February 11: We have moved our website! From now on, you'll find us at www.brothersinbeetles.nl!
January 4: Went to the "Kever Winterfestijn" (KWF) yesterday and bought some stuff for the 2009 season. For my Oval we also bought a set of wheels. |

* Sept 3: It's been a while since we updated. Basically there is no real news now either. We missed some meetings like Le Bug Show and "Regio Midden" in Holland. We have some plans for the Oval and the Ghia for this winter and the Notch is for sale again. Keep coming back for new pictures and adventures!

* June 1: Uploaded the photos I took last Sunday at our meeting at De Brink in Deventer: Aircooled Chill Out presents: Right To Play.
* May 28: Sunday we organised "Aircooled Chill Out presents: Right To Play" at De Brink square in Deventer and it was a blast! Read it all in Dutch on the website or have a look at the unique pictures here!
* April 30: Uploaded some of the pictures I took this weekend at Barchem (Regio Overijssel Meeting).

* March 30: After fitting the brand new licence plates on the Oval, I lowered the rear this weekend. She's ready for the first official cruise now!
* March 26: The Notchback had to undergo the (bi)annual "APK" (MOT-like) test. She's passed with flying colours! And, she's for sale!
* March 25: Received the licence plate number for the Oval last Friday: AM-51-24. Licence plates are being made as we speak! Next job: fitting the plates of course and lowering the rear a bit. And than; cruising time!
* Febr. 22: Added the 2008 A.C.O. flyer with the dates for this years cruise nights! Don't hesitate, come by this year in Deventer!
* Febr. 21: Went to the Dutch "RDW" to get licence plates on the Oval. Unfortunately part 2 of the Swedish registration papers appeared to be missing. I have to find that in Sweden now!
* Jan. 27 : Fitted the door panels after the fake leather cloth was removed, adjusted the valve clearance and played with my new camera! See it here.
* Jan. 20 : Fixed the axle boot recently. What a shitty job, took me almost a full day!!
* Dec. 30 : Finally fixed the fuel leakage on the Oval yesterday. Thought I was finished, than I discovered an almost completely torn axle boot! I also discovered the original deluxe doorpanel upholstery under the grey fake leather cloth!!
* Nov. 20 : Mega Bugs Bunny upload today! We found an excellent and large foreign source recently, so stay tuned for more uploads to come!
* Oct. 14 : Worked on the Oval this weekend. Bringing her back on her feet.
* October 8: Did some work on the Oval again this weekend.
* August 11: Sold our '73 Beetle.
* August 6: Finally had an opportunity to do some work on the Oval again!
* July 12: 40.000 visitors!
* June 25: Pictures of Bad Camberg on Friday and Saturday.
